What is the JobStreet Career Profile?
The JobStreet Career Profile is a personality profiling system developed by Research Communication International (RCI) for application specifically within the employment sector. The Career Profile comprises two (2) types of reports:
The Mirror report
The Positioner report

The results are analysed, contextualised and validated by Research Communication International (RCI), a certifying body that has certified key personnel and consultants in hundreds of corporations, universities as well as private and public companies.

How reliable are the results?
Your honesty in answering the questions will determine the accuracy and reliability of the results. There is a high acceptance of personal results by those who tried the test and despite the brief 60 question test, it has remarkably high reliability.
Do I have to be a member of JobStreet.com to take the Career Profile assessment?
Yes, you have to be a member of JobStreet.com to be eligible to take the test.

What is the process of signing up for JobStreet Career Profile?
You can get a preview report for
free
after answering the 60-question assessment. Please answer the questions with full honesty as the system will use the same answers to generate the actual reports later on. Your investment per report is S$59 nett.

How do I go about purchasing the Career Profile?
JobStreet Career Profile requires you to purchase the Mirror report first before you can purchase the Positioner report. This is because the Positioner relies on results from the Mirror to generate its necessary results. Without having the Mirror first, the system will not allow you to purchase the Positioner. You must be logged into your MyJobStreet account before taking the Career Profile test.

How long does it take to complete the 60-question assessment?
Normally, it takes a person 20 minutes to complete the assessment.
Must I finish my assessment in one session? Can I stop halfway and continue later?
The JobStreet Career Profile system is an integrative psychometric system that requires you to complete the assessment in one sitting, so as to stimulate a response that is most natural and innate to you.
What happens if I get disconnected anytime during the assessment?
If disconnection should arise during the assessment, we recommend that you retake the questionnaire by logging into your MyJobStreet account again as before.

What are the available methods of payment to purchase the Career Profile?
Currently, we only receive on-line credit card payments for the JobStreet Career Profile. We do not accept bank-ins, cheques, money orders or money transfers. Our on-line credit card payment service is powered by WorldPay and it is absolutely safe to enter your credit card number on-line. Once your payment is verified, the report that you have just purchased will appear in your MyJobStreet account under the JobStreet Career Profile Navigation Page.
Where will my Career Profile be stored and for how long?
After making your purchase, your Career Profile report will remain in your MyJobStreet account in the JobStreet Career Profile Navigation Page for six (6) months. You have a choice to view your report at anytime and download it from the web to your personal computer or other device.

Will my purchased report(s) be permanently available in my MyJobStreet account?
Please be advised that your Career Profile report is available in your MyJobStreet account for a six (6) months from your date of purchase. After six months, your report will be automatically removed from your account. It is strongly advised that you save your report in a proper device for future reference.
Can I bring my JobStreet Career Profile report(s) for my interviews?
Yes, you are encouraged to bring along your Career Profile report(s) to your interview sessions. The Career Profile is designed to aid you to understand more of your personality as well as demonstrate knowledge on the demands of your future employment areas. However, JobStreet.com does not guarantee the success of interviews/employment.
