The Mirror and The Positioner provided me useful insights about my strengths and shortcomings at work. Knowing this has really helped me to analyze how best I can perform at my current position and plan for my career development. There were even some competencies that I didn’t realize I possess and some that I need to work on. The JFI was very interesting to highlight ways I can leverage on my strengths. I would say that these two tools are very useful for those on the verge of embarking in their careers, those who need to take a step back to analyze their directions and those who just want to know.
