A. Expanded Forum House Rules

This virtual HR Community was created to serve as an avenue for exchange of knowledge and resources among HR professionals. To ensure the forum’s effectiveness as a learning tool, we enjoin members to abide by the following guidelines:

  1. Observe the three C’s of good manners - courtesy, civility and consideration-at all times.

  2. Avoid all people searches and manpower recruitment activities. To post job ads online, please call our office at 65 6538 0060 or email ads-sg@jobstreet.com.

  3. Refrain from product or service advertisement. For advertising assistance in the forum, call our office (see above).

  4. Due to the risk of contracting computer viruses, attachments are automatically rejected. Materials for group share should be posted as plain text in the body of the email message. Related URL, websites, and links are preferable.

  5. Spam (unsolicited mail), flame (hate mail) and junk mails (non-HR jokes, chain letters, etc.) are totally unacceptable.

  6. To minimize traffic, send personal communications direct to the recipient. These include “Thank you” and “Me too” messages, and requests to be enlisted in seminars initiated or organized by members, among others.
