Assistant Manager, Customer Intelligence Analyst

    Reporting to the Head of Market Intelligence, you will be responsible for the catering of the company's integrated sales force’s intelligence needs. You will develop and drive customer intelligence through the monitoring and analysis of current and prospective customer initiatives and requirements. You will also integrate both marketing and sales, translating sales requirements into analysis and action together with not only the analysts for Line and Logistics but also with Communication & Branding colleagues. In addition, you will convert analysis into action plans and ensure the execution of such plans, as well as perform GAP analysis, SWOT analysis, account management plans and media monitoring and analysis.

    Requirements:
  • Degree holder with at least 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Quantitative background is a plus but not essential
  • Experience in the Container Business is preferred.
  • Independent and is able to work under pressure
  • Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
