Project Designer (Interior Architecture)

Requirements:

• Trained in architectural Design and yet possessed a natural flair for interior design, in terms of space and aesthetics. Passionately obsessed with architectural details and furnishings so as to realize the intended design, you are able to articulate these design directions through commonly used design software, and perspective sketches.
• Passionate and knowledgeable in hotel, restaurant, bar, and/ or spa design, you are creative and are familiar with varying design and styling aspects, involving materials, colors, and detailing that will complement your interior architecture.
• Always adaptive in approach so as to suit the socio-cultural environment of the project, of which the relevant lifestyle needs are accounted for in your design.
• Methodological in approach, and being aware of the various design phases, you are able to participate and direct the design process progressively and effectively.
• Seeking out correctness of construction detailing will always be within your focus and design consideration, as you are already aware that for all projects, the intended design outcome becomes remote if design drawings are done without detailed review prior to actual onsite fitting-out.
• Effectively bilingual in spoken and written English/Chinese, because of the need to deal with projects in China.
• Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
