Operations Technicians
(Singapore)
1. Senior / Operation Technician (Process Logistics)
Responsibilities
• Prepare and deliver materials and equipment timely to the production team
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians to meet unit performance objectives
• Adhere to housekeeping, cGMP and safety requirements
• Identify areas for improvement and participate in continuous improvement projects
• Participate in commissioning and qualification activities
2. Senior / Operation Technician (Process Purification / Fermentation)
Responsibilities
• Prepare, operate and complete the assigned production stages
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians to meet unit performance objectives
• Adhere to housekeeping, cGMP and safety requirements
• Identify areas for improvement and participate in continuous improvement projects
• Participate in commissioning and qualification activities

Requirements:
• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Biotechnology / Chemical Engineering / Life Science or other related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Biological / Chemical / Pharmaceutical / Food or other related industry preferred
• Knowledge of cGMP processes an advantage
• Operational knowledge of autoclaves, pharmaceutical washer and analytical instrument such as pH, conductivity meter, etc. an advantage
• Good communication and people management skills
• Willing to work staggered hours
