HR Manager (Manufacturing)

Our client is a Japanese chemical plant located in Tuas. They are seeking an experienced HR Manager in a generalist role to oversee the full spectrum of HR for a staff force of 200+ personnel.
Responsibilities:
Full spectrum of HR (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Training & Development) Supervision of HR Team in delivering & administering of broad range of HR services Continuous reviewing of policies and processes Implementation of best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of HR functions Perform advisory and consultancy role to Management and Division Heads on HR matters Compile maintenance record and prepare technical report for all maintenance activities. Management industrial relationship with Union and union members .
Requirements: A recognized degree/post graduate qualification in Human Resources Management Minimum 5 years’ working experience in similar capacity, preferably in manufacturing industry Good knowledge in local HR practices and labour legislation Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Salary: S$4,500 to S$5,500
