Officer, Corporate Banking (Telemarketing/Customer Service)

Our client, a major Asian bank with diversified global portfolio, is looking for a suitable candidate for the above position.
Responsibilities:
Conduct tele-marketing calls tell Bank's products and services Handle customers' daily transactions (eg. Time Deposit Placements, Execution of Foreign Exchange, Loan Transactions, etc) Address customers' queries on business transactions Conduct joint marketing visits with Relationship/Account Officers Requirements: Degree holder 1 to 3 years' experience in telemarketing/customer service within the banking industry Possess excellent customer service and client managment skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Fresh graduates conversant in Japanese Language with internship/temporary experience with financial instituitions are welcome to apply for a Japanese-speaking role Only Singaporeans/PRs need apply
