Customer Service Coordinator (Service Centre)
(Singapore - East)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that Clients service schedules are met and where necessary, send the customers a schedule of servicing dates or make prior appointments with the customers for servicing
- Ensure that all follow-up services, if required, are carried out accordingly
- Assist the Technicians under your charge in planning the Technicians' work schedules, ensuring that a reasonable amount of work will be carried out each day
- Ensure that the necessary documents (Treatment Cards, Treatment Orders and Treatment Instructions) are sent out to the Technicians accordingly
- Update daily the necessary records on the workload for the month
- Update the daily records on completed work and to pass on this update daily to your Senior Service Coordinator for compilation
- Assist the Surveyors to arrange for the necessary servicing requirements for new sales secured
- Arrange to meet the requirements of Clients' reinfestation calls (RICs) promptly and effectively
- Assist the Office Administrator in data entry and/or retrieving information for new, amended or terminated contracts
- You are to attend to other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time
Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess a high passion for service, customer-oriented with good interpersonal and excellent telephone etiquette
- Proactive, self-motivated and a good team player
- Independent with ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Call Centre Executive or Customer Service - General.
- 1 Full-Time positions available.
