Senior Accounts Officer
(Singapore - Orchard)

Responsibilities:

• Check Payment and Receipt Vouchers for Donor Funded projects.
• Review Daily Cash Books and Cash Positions from all sites.
• Daily update of entries into the accounting system.
• Journal Entries as and when required.
• Assist accountants in the timely production of management accounts.
• Liaise with overseas Finance Officers.
• Maintain and Control Petty Cash.
• Process staff expenses claims and reimbursements.
• Provide administrative support.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Basic Accounting/Bookkeeping/Accounts Executive or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting system an advantage.
• Good accounting knowledge.
• Meticulous.
• Team-oriented, flexible, proactive and positive working attitude.
• Proven ability to work well in changing environment, multi-task and operate under pressure.
