Distribution Executive (Supply Chain/ Logistic/ Order Processing)
(Singapore - East)

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with inter-company purchasing
• Planning, forecasting and managing warehouse stocks level
• Arranging shipments from various factories to distribution center or directly to customers
• Customer handling
• Providing customers' order management
• Providing sales admin support and co-ordination to the sales team
• Preparing LC document

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in order processing and delivery/ shipping co-ordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office required
• Experience in SAP and / or customer service is an added advantage
• Ability to exercise initiatives, multi-task and to work independently
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Job role in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Full-Time positions available.
