Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist on arranging installation schedule and technical loan for technicians.
  • Perform data entry into the Oracle System
  • Ensure Maintenance Contracts are in order
  • Liaison and review with internal & external customers on their requirements.
  • Preparation of quotation, debit & credit notes
  • Assist in analyzing of data collected for superior
  • Assist in data collection for preparing monthly reports for superior

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or in or equivalent
  • At least 2 year related working experience in indoor Customer Service
  • Posses pleasant voice and personality with good customer relation skill
  • Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
