Business Analyst (Document Production and Publishing Services)
(Singapore) Responsibilities:
• In consultation with Team Head, ensure pre-sales assessments meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Be responsible for the day to day management of the assessment (project) through reinforcing the processes and methodologies for the analysis.
• Coordinate and plan schedule to ensure resources are optimized.
• Create project plans and manage virtual teams to deliver on project objectives.
• Represent Asia Pacific requirements to Operating Companies Business Analysts.
• Develop and maintain knowledge in DOCS to ensure subject matter expertise.
• Monitor external developments and keep the Outsourcing Services team informed of relevant new developments in Line Of Service assessments in terms of people, process and technologies that may be of benefit to company and its customers.
• Promote Best practices sharing
• Create and contribute to the learning and development plans of each team member
• Share, communicate, cascade information received from Asia Pacific team
• Increase the skills and professionalism of the team on all engagements Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required skill(s): analytical, project management, "team player".
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean, Filipino, Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Management/Cost Accounting/Business Analyst or equivalent.
