Corporate Communications Executive - Reputable Group of Companies!!! (Singapore)
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager.
Supervise on-line development, management and maintenance of the corporate website (internet and intranet) to promote the organisation's corporate philosophy and services.
Plan, co-ordinate and oversee the production and timely delivery of the company's publications e.g. brochures, collaterals, internal and external newsletters, annual report, corporate video and others.
Plan, organize and carry through projects e.g. visits, opening of services, ceremonies etc.
Support departments in the publicity aspects of corporate events, functions and announcements.
Involve in media relations such like handle media requests, liaise with departments concerned regarding requests, as well as arrange for and facilitate media interviews and filming, plan media strategies to enhance the hospital’s image through media initiatives.
Organise media conferences and draft media releases.
Involve in Corporate Social Responsibility.
Other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Journalism, Mass Communications or equivalent.
Min 3 years of working experience in Corporate Communications with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous and abilitie to handle public or media enquiries.
Strong knowledge and relationships with local media.
Excellent writing skills is a pre-requisite.
