ROLE DESCRIPITION


As a Web Solutions Application Developer, you will be part of a dynamic and expert team of solution architects, project managers, software engineers and implementation consultants who are deployed to HP enterprise customers worldwide.


Your key responsibilities will include:


-- Requirements analysis and development with customers to understand business, functional and project needs
-- Design and Develop programs, interfaces and complete solutions
-- Conduct unit, system and business acceptance tests to ensure solutions meet specifications and business requirements

-- Manage system and data migration and cutover activities
-- Provide application training to key users or support teams
-- Follow Project Management and Software Engineering processes based on industry standard CMMI practices and contribute to continuous improvement
 


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related major

Experience in J2EE development with full SDLC project immersion (a must).
