Inside Sales Rep (Indonesian Speaking)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing a variety of non-exempt functions in support of sales efforts such as prospecting, configurations, project management, quoting, e-commerce, pricing, lead management, and sales campaigns. Directs and supervises assigned Inside Sales/Sales Support personnel to achieve revenue and expense objectives in partnership with field sales. Assigns market area and/or accounts to Inside Sales Support/Sales Reps. The Inside Sales Support/Sales group is in an overlay role and does not own quota, as it is shared with the field. Resolves different customer problems and participates in important negotiations with key customers. · Responsible for managing incoming customer calls and orders. · May support sales efforts through marketing activities. · Serves as an escalation point for resolving sales support issues. · Achieves unit revenue and expense objectives within assigned area. · Assists in the recruiting, training, and development of Inside Sales Support/Sales Representatives (Inbound and Outbound). · Assists in planning Inside Sales Support/Sales strategies. · Typically supervises non-exempt individual contributors in single functional area. · Responsible for the supervision of activities and resources needed to support the day-to-day efforts of the department and to achieve the business plan. · Provides direct supervision to non-exempt employees. · Applies specialized subject matter knowledge to solve moderately complex issues within established guidelines. · Does not require day-to-day supervision, and has the ability to handle most unique situations. · May need advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues. · Provides direction and expertise to departmental teams and participates in cross-department initiatives. · Acts as a point of escalation for subordinate employees as well as other supervisors. · Type of Experience Needed · Directly related experience as referenced above · Demonstrated project management skills · Prior sales or directly related sales supervision experience

Requirements:* Managing a set of Corporate Enterprise Segment customers
* Preferance will be given to those who have Sales experience in Financial Institution, Telco, Manufacturing & Govt
* Minimum 1 to 2 yrs sales experience in segment sales (either F2F or Tele experience)
* Preferance will be given to Indonesian nationals, however if there is local who can speak fluent B. Indo also can be considered
* Quota bearing
* Measurement is on revenue attainment & operation KPI metrics
* Independent, hardworking, sales oriented and diligent in work
