Regional HR Program Manager
(Singapore - Singapore)

Responsibilities:

·         Accountable for successful implementation of multiple programs simultaneously; customizes global programs to meet unique business/function needs as appropriate.
·         Contributes to or may lead regional priority project teams.
·         Directs and drives HR decisions on complex cases with significant financial and/or legal risk.
·         May manage financial budget and goals for APJ HR organization
·         May manage Workforce Planning Process including requisitions management
·         Manages and reports on performance metrics
 
 


Requirements:Education and Experience Required:
 
·         First-level university degree required
·         MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree is highly preferred
·         Typically 6-10 years relevant business experience, HR experience preferred
 
 
Knowledge and Skills Required:
 
·         Superior business acumen skills and ability to think strategically as well as execute on immediate action plans
·         Excellent program management skills, including implementation and feedback analysis
·         Broad knowledge of all human resources functions (e.g., HR Generalist/country HR management function, Staffing, Total Rewards, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, HR Operations)
·         Excellent communication/presentation skills, including influence and consulting. Ability to prepare effective executive-level presentations.
·         Team or project leadership skills.
·         Ability to translate business needs into human resources initiatives.
·         Ability to work and lead virtual teams.
·         Advanced knowledge in MS Powerpoint & Excel
