Sales Coordinator (Town/LC Negotiation Skills & SAP knowledge a MUST/1 yr contract to perm)

Responsibilities:
- To assist Monomer team in the areas of logistics, sales and marketing of monomer business.
- To draft internal documents and to process administrative matters for the Sales & Marketing team.
- To receive and process purchase orders from customers.
- To assist in the collection and preparation of marketing information requested from the Marketing and Sales team.
- To follow up on the logistics arrangement with customers, including but not limited to informing the ETA if shipment to customers.
- To prepare all shipping, import and export documentation such as endorsement of vessel nomination, booking of commercial tank terminal for shipping, customer clearance documentation and etc.
- To monitor inventory level on stock and MEG volume delivered to customers.
- To assist SCA handling and negotiation of Letter of Credit and preparation of commercial invoices to customers.
- Data-entry of relevant information into the Supply Chain Management, Customer Relation Management and Accounting Systems.
Requirements:
- A relevant diploma or equivalent with minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in monomer or liquid-chemical business.
- Experience in L/C is a must with more than 2 years of experience.
- Experience in handling China & India market.
- Good knowledge of LC handling and documentation.
- Export and Import shipment (Incoterm) knowledge is must.
- Good communicate skill.
- 1 Year Contract positions available.
- Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- 5 days working week
- Mon to Fri: 0830 to 1730
- Salary range: Up to $2,500 (Commensurate with experience & qualification)
