SEEK appoints new Managing Director of Jobstreet in Singapore

SINGAPORE, 4 December 2025 — SEEK, the parent company of Asia’s leading online employment marketplaces Jobstreet and Jobsdb, announced the appointment of Esther Lee as the Managing Director of Jobstreet in Singapore. 
Esther joins the Singapore leadership team from her role as SEEK’s Head of APAC Commercial Growth, where she pioneered SmartHire – SEEK’s pay-per-hire solution across Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia. In her new role, she will lead Jobstreet's strategic growth in Singapore, leveraging the platform’s world-class AI technology alongside deep local market insights and personalised service to strengthen its position as Singapore’s leading employment marketplace.

Since joining SEEK in 2014, Esther has lived and worked across multiple markets including Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Jakarta and Melbourne. Her cross-market experience has been instrumental in her leadership roles, including managing transformation strategies, driving operational excellence across Asia, and incubating revenue streams as Head of Growth for the employer side of SEEK’s marketplace in the region. She also previously served as Acting Managing Director of Jobstreet in Indonesia, where she delivered strong business improvements in this dynamic emerging market.
