Assistant Operations Manager
Does this make sense?
I applied for a job through a hiring agency & went through an interview with the hiring manager. He arrange for 2nd interview with the director few days after. Both interviews went well. The next day, I received a msg from the recruiter congratulating me bcauz I had been shortlisted & they asked me to submit my NRIC and latest payslip. However, after 3 days, I received another message saying that the company was no longer offering me the position.
Is this some kind of joke?

You submitted your NRIC so fast without a proper offer letter?? Lesson to learn; never hand over personal documents without something official in writing first

Sounds like internal hiring drama.. probably someone internally got the role last minute. But wtvvv, doesn't make it okay though.
