GPA 2.8, zero work experience, no leadership roles or club activities during uni, and my resume is just one page 😬 But I still want to aim for a decent starting salary. Realistically, how do I make myself stand out to employers? Should I focus on building specific skills, getting certifications, or just wing it with confidence during interviews? Any fellow fresh grads who managed to negotiate a good salary despite a ‘basic’ profile?
Share your tips, please! 🙌

totally get where you’re coming from. Don’t stress too much about the GPA or the one-page resume. What you can do now is focus on building practical skills, something like learning specific software or tools relevant to the role you want can help. Getting a certification is a great way to show initiative. When it comes to interviews, confidence is key, but also try to highlight your eagerness to learn and grow.
