any people from HR in a fnb company here? I'm looking for advice on how to move up faster. I'm a 17 year old, junior chef de Partie-tournant. Originally I joined my restaurant as a Commis III which is the lowest rank asides from kitchen assistant but after a 360 peer review I was promoted up 4 levels to my current position in 5 months. I'm looking to jump 2 more levels to Jr Sous chef by the end of June 2027. Any advice on what I should do? Also, I'm a part timer

Iwish to formally express concern over the lack of professionalism in the hiring process despite attending interviews and discussing salary expectations,I received no followup, reflecting a clear disregard for candidates time and effort.Transparency, proper salary alignment and timely communication are basic standards candidates should not be left to chase for updates.HR professionals must act with integrity and respect and should not mislead or ignore individuals who are genuinely pursuing career
