Part Time Payroll Assistant
Are employers really concerned about an employee’s physical impairment? Therefore rejecting to hire them? I was diagnosed with Epilepsy 14 years ago, but it didn’t affect me from graduating with a diploma in business management. My attacks only happened once every 1-2 months and only last less than a minute. It’s really sad that everytime I fill in an application form before an interview and I flipped to the back, I know I will be brushed aside.

it’s unfair how people make assumptions without seeing the full picture. You’ve worked hard and proven yourself. Maybe look for companies known for inclusive hiring, or leave out the condition initially and share it later if needed :/
