Performance Marketing - Intern
I’ve been applying for Performance Marketing roles in Singapore for the past 2 months but haven’t received interview opportunities yet. I have 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads with proven results in ROAS growth, lead generation, and campaign optimisation. I’d appreciate guidance from HR professionals on how international candidates can better approach hiring teams and improve application visibility in Singapore.

Two months honestly isn't that long for SG lol, I know it feels forever though. One random tip (i got from a friend) try applying Tuesday to Thursday mornings. Apparently recruiters are most active then and your application sits fresher in the pile.
