After 2years of working remotely, I’ve realized how much I enjoy the flexibility it gives me. But now, the projects are starting to feel repetitive + growth opportunities are limited. So, I’m exploring new remote opportunities. Question: Do I highlight my remote work experience or focus on my specific skills? And how can I figure out if the new company has solid processes like clear communication & expectations? I don’t want to end up in a remote role where I feel isolated/overworked.

Anyone here knows companies in SG that offer fully remote roles? Or anyone knows where can I find one, I’ve been eyeing the flexibility of wfh, avoiding the daily commute, and having better work-life balance. But most job listings I’ve seen are either hybrid or have hidden clauses about “occasional office visits.” Are there legit SG-based companies embracing full remote setups, or do I need to look at overseas opportunities? Kinda stuck with remote working dilemma. On one hand, I love the flexibility! Saves time on commuting & lets me manage my day better. But on the other hand, I feel disconnected from my team and sometimes struggle to stay motivated w/o the office environment. It’s like a trade-off between convenience and collaboration. I’m wondering if this is something others face too, and how do you find the right balance? How do I ask for hybrid when there's no office branch set up in here?
