How can I convince the chief officer of my department to let my team work remotely? I’ve led a remote team during COVID, and I don’t mind my current team working from home. Two of my team members stay in Johor, so I understand the struggle of commuting and facing traffic every morning. Their performance hasn’t dropped at all, and they consistently deliver. As a new manager stepping into an established team, I genuinely feel this approach could build stronger team cohesion and improve WLB

What’s the main difference in WFH culture between Sg and My? Anyone keen to share your pros and cons from both sides of the border? As someone who's half Malaysian, I sometimes wish I had Malaysian citizenship and Singapore PR—best of both worlds. But yeah i know it's impossible to have it both and honestly things aren't as great here in Singapore either

Unpopular opinion: I turned down a job offer that is fully WFH only 😫🙈 Everyone seems to love WFH and remote/flexi work. But for me, I prefer routine, structure and socialising! Do you think I'm being too picky rejecting fully remote job opportunities? 😪 What can i do to make me enjoy WFH?
