Anyone here has the experience negotiating salary AFTER you've already signed the offer letter? I signed it without knowing that another offer is coming and the other offer is 30% more than my current salary. I cant quit after 1 week of joining because then I'd be breaching the contract and had to pay penalty. Can i still negotiate my salary now? I feel i deserve more.
