I have professional diploma in early childhood education but still very difficult to get a job.I have more than 10 years of experience in education and management field and I apply for a job since last year.Not only in education field but I apply for operator job,receptionist and etc but still no update.Is it because I’m Indian or they need experience?How to get experience if no one want to offer or accept the job.I feel so stress.

Hi, I am expected to graduate in mid-July 2025. Over the past two months, I’ve been actively seeking job opportunities through this platform. However, I’ve rarely received responses. I’m unsure whether this is because I’m still a Malaysian student or maybe because I don’t have a work permit. Regardless, I remain eager to begin my career journey, especially in fields related to mechanical, aerospace, aviation, or manufacturing. I'm already 59, jobless n living alone. I used to work as Admin Exec with monthly pay of $3.5 but had to resign in 2023 because being the only caregiver of my old, sick n frail brother, I'm struggling in taking care of all his daily, medical needs n wellbeing. Now he's admitted to a nursing home due to his dimentia deterioration, I'm still stuck w/out job n my savings have been drained. I've tried many times for job application n even for financial assistance but unsuccessfully. IDK what to do.

inRemote Working (WFH)

I’ve been working remotely full-time since Dec 2024 and while the flexibility is great, I’m starting to wonder… what kind of company benefits do remote workers actually get? My current perks are super basic. They just offer annual leave and personal insurance. Do your companies offer things like WFH allowance, wellness credits, internet subsidies, or equipment support? Curious how other remote workers are being supported. Would love to hear what’s out there so I can ask for these next time

Honestly feeling a little lost and helpless…been jobless for months and I have a sudden realisation I may not have any sufficiently sound portfolio to prove in interviews or maybe even resumes as a fresh grad.
