    The good things- Options to choose your preferences on jobs selections - Easy to discussion related matters (work & personal) - Prompt payout - Good and comfortable vehicle - Good career advancement - Listening ears and warm shoulders ( Feedback, Complaints & etc)
    The challenges- To maintain safe speed during wee hours - To maintain cool head and composure encountering all sort of demanding or nasty passengers. - Long hours driving - Falling asleep while driving - Cleaning up the vehicle after drunk passenger throw-out.
