    The good thingsNothing really. Oh wait, you can watch drama free everyday because there is always political fights and quarrels that take place. Sometimes, customers would come and make a scene because they are not happy with the product received.
    The challengesMicro-management, low pay, no such thing as work-life balance. Very traditional thinking by the management who are afraid of changes and refuses to try out new and innovative ideas.
