    Process Technician at KAP
    The good thingsSmall operation with small but good working teams in a nice and friendly environment. Multiple units for learning opportunities in various chemical processes and equipment. Close-knit teams and friendly and approachable working environment with staff and management. Good welfare and benefits such as family day and cohesion activities.
    The challengesPhysically demanding and a lot of hands on job needed. Process deals with polymer and powder that often can be sticky and dirty. Slightly old plant with teething maintenance issues, requiring more effort and time in operation. Limited progression as operation is small and without a structured training and progression plan.
