    I'd rather people compete fairly to improve GDP of the country rather than undermining each other.
    The good thingsI enjoyed serving my clients, especially when they couldn't get loans from other banks, but I get to find solutions for them to get through the approval.
    The challengesI've seen firsthand how people can harm one another in the pursuit of success, pretending to be friends while undermining each other. That’s not the kind of energy I want to carry forward. And it's quite challenging for me to accept it.

    Too Emphasise on protocols and resist to change.

    The challengesNo personal computer provided. No server connection. Did not send staff to attend IT training courses. No work life balance.

    Multi task work but very stressful if in management
    The good thingsCan do up to 3 department at once and have to handle everything by yourself include decision making. Good benefit and the big boss is a generous whereby always admire by his employees.
    The challengesToo many paper work, sometimes need to work more than 10 hours or weekends whereby my position is senior executive in charge of frontline operation and relief Branch Manager.
