The successful candidate will be passionate about inclusion and diversity, and will support the People Experience and Culture team on Social Impact, Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDE), and firmwide people experience initiatives. You will drive projects to completion and have the capacity to work with cross-functional teams, while managing day-to-day program operations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of Social Impact and IDE programmes, strengthen collaboration with community partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ensuring these groups have the appropriate resources and level of influence
  • Support the delivery of IDE calendar of events and cultural celebrations that increase the awareness of the importance of valuing and respecting differences, collaborating with Communications team and ERGs where relevant
  • Support the administration of firmwide charitable donations and sponsorships.
  • Track and report Social Impact metrics as part of Reporting requirements.
  • Support the planning and delivery of firmwide campaigns and initiatives and play key project team member roles to manage internal and external stakeholders through various projects
  • Craft communication material and document our events and campaigns
  • Research on Social Impact and IDE trends and opportunities and curate initiatives

Your Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the social impact or IDE space
  • Possess strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate about inclusion and cultural change
  • A team player with the ability to forge new partnerships and bridge people within the organizations
  • Looking to grow your career with mindset for learning
  • Demonstrate a pro-active, can-do approach
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management and execution skills along with an ability to prioritize and drive multiple initiatives and activities
