Intern, Learning Centre Operations
- Coordinate the allocation of training room resources within the Learning Center, addressing incoming requests to optimize efficiency
- Manage all aspects of day-to-day events, including preparation of training rooms, AV arrangements, and ensuring high-quality service to clients and participants
- Assist in the setting up the Learning Center, including the setup and arrangement of tables and chairs, to accommodate the needs of different events
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the setup and arrangement of tables and chairs, logistics coordination, to ensure alignment on event requirements and expectations
- Coordinate with external food & beverage and transportation vendors for events hosted at the Learning Center, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction
- Assist in the logistics and execution of training programs and events, including assisting with hotel booking, visa invitation, transportation, training materials and technical setup as needed
- Oversee pantry supplies and stationary inventory, including ordering, monitoring, and replenishing as necessary to support the smooth operation of the Learning Center
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of Learning Center facilities, upholding high standards of presentation and ensuring a conducive learning environment
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards by providing support and assistance to clients and participants, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Perform any other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the Learning Center
- Currently pursuing Diploma in Event Management/ Business Management or any related field
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as moving of training furniture and managing food & beverages arrangement
- Overtime is required to support the successful delivery of training programs and events. Frequency of overtime varies depending on the number of events.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with attention to details
- Team player with initiative, willingness to learn, appreciate mentoring / knowledge sharing among team members
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Experience in events organization and logistics operations are a plus
