About SGN
The Singapore Global Network (SGN) is a division in the Economic Development Board tasked to re-energise Singapore’s efforts in building a strong and extensive ecosystem of overseas Family, Friends, Fans (3F) for Singapore. SGN leads the Whole-Of-Government effort to coordinate across agencies and strengthen our collective networks whose skills, affinity and influence could help build linkages to global business and talent communities, and enhance the international mindshare of Singapore as a leading globally-connected city.

Job Summary: As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the Salesforce environment, focusing on cross-cloud implementation between Marketing and Service Cloud. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and implement solutions that drive productivity and enhance user experience across the organisation.

[What you will be working on]

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Tableau Cloud), including user management, data management, and security settings.

  • Customise Salesforce applications, including but not limited to creating and modifying objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.

  • Support the marketing team in developing automation journeys on Marketing Cloud, setting up the Preference Centre, and implementing Marketing Cloud Personalisation (formerly Interaction Studio).

  • Develop and implement reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.

  • Support on the integration of Salesforce platform with other systems and applications within the organisation.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

  • Provide advanced training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to effectively utilise the platform.

  • Develop comprehensive training materials and user guides for Salesforce functionalities.

  • Monitor and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce functionality, user access, and data integrity.

  • Stay abreast of Salesforce releases and features, making strategic recommendations for enhancements to improve user experience and efficiency.

  • Lead data migration and maintenance efforts.

  • Manage multiple ad hoc tasks and projects simultaneously.

[What we are looking for]

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is required; additional certifications are highly desirable.

  • Advanced understanding of Salesforce functionality, features, and best practices.

  • Proficient in creating reports, dashboards, and custom applications within Salesforce CRM.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders at all levels.

  • Extensive experience with data management and data quality best practices.

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.

  • Experience with Apex coding and Lightning component development is advantageous.

  • Singaporean.
