GROW Technology Talent Program 2025

GROW is a Tech-Centric Talent Program of 18 months, designed to organically and actively grow a future-ready local workforce in GXS Bank, to take on any technological challenges. The associates will be trained and developed with specialized digital skills and adopt regional lenses and lead as tech-innovators for GXS Bank in the future.

What are we looking for?

• University graduates with a strong passion for technology, and available to join us from July 2025 onwards
• This Program is designed in partnership of Singapore Finance Associate Management Scheme (FAMS) to groom and grow local SG talents in digital and technology space. Hence, only Singaporeans will be considered. 
• 0-1 years of full-time work experience
• Preferably possessing an academic background in Info-Communications or STEM - Science,Technology, Engineering, Mathematics.
• Good track record in co-curricular activities, especially if you’ve held leadership positions
• Self-motivated team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Adaptable and resilient
• Highly motivated, and have genuine interest in building tech career in financial services industry
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, excellent problem-solving abilities and a drive to learn
