岗位职责:
- 市场分析与策略制定:分析海外新加坡和马来西亚市场趋势和竞争对手动态,制定有效的销售策略和市场拓展计划;识别并定位目标客户群体,制定针对性的营销和推广方案。
- 客户关系管理: 建立和维护与海外新加坡,马来西亚客户的长期合作关系,确保客户满意度和忠诚度; 定期组织客户沟通会议,了解客户需求,提供解决方案和增值服务。
- 销售团队管理: 组建和管理海外销售团队,制定销售目标并监督执行;培训和激励团队成员,提升销售 技能和业务能力。
- 业绩评估与报告: 定期评估销售业绩,分析销售数据,提出改进建议;撰写销售报告,向公司高层汇报销售进展和市场动态。
任职资格:
- 仅限新加坡公民和申请人必须拥有新加坡的合法工作权利
- 有3年及以上的相关工作经验
- 教育背景: 大学本科及以上学历,市场营销、国际贸易或相关专业优先。
- 工作经验:至少3年以上海外销售或国际贸易工作经验,有成功案例者优先;具备良好的团队管理和领导
- 能力,有销售团队管理经验者更佳。
- 语言能力:精通英语,具备良好的听说读写能力,能够流利地与海外客户沟通。
- 专业技能:熟悉国际贸易流程和市场拓展策略;具备良好的市场分析、客户管理和数据分析能力。
- 个人素质: 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神;积极主动,具备高度的责任心和抗压能力。
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Develop effective sales strategies and market expansion plans.
- Identify and target customer groups with tailored marketing and promotional strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty through regular meetings and understanding client needs.
- Provide solutions and value-added services.
Sales Team Management:
- Build and manage an overseas sales team.
- Set sales targets and oversee execution.
- Train and motivate team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
Performance Evaluation and Reporting:
- Regularly assess sales performance, analyze data, and suggest improvements.
- Prepare sales reports and update senior management on progress and market trends.
Job Requirements:
- Only Singaporean and Permanent Residents welcome to apply
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Trade, or related fields preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in overseas sales or international trade, with proven success stories preferred.
- Team management experience is an advantage.
- Language: Proficient in English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to communicate fluently with overseas clients.
- Skills: Knowledge of international trade processes and market expansion strategies.
- Strong analytical, client management, and data analysis skills.
- Traits: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and resilient under pressure.
