Facility Director
Key Job Accountabilities (Daily Responsibilities):
- Ensure continuous availability of critical services, including mechanical, electrical, and other systems, to support production.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and monitoring of departmental expenses.
- Lead the team in managing the maintenance and 24/7 readiness of essential systems such as HVAC, power, cooling, waste treatment, plumbing, and more.
- Plan and manage upgrades to facilities, including contract management and tender processes for maintenance and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant external regulations and standards.
- Supervise energy audits, conservation efforts, and the implementation of sustainability initiatives in line with ISO 14001.
- Manage emergency response plans for system failures, power outages, and other incidents.
- Provide leadership to foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
- Conduct strategic reviews of facilities services to enhance operational value.
- Drive continuous improvements in operational procedures and system reliability.
- Lead risk management efforts to identify and mitigate potential facility-related risks.
- Support programs like BCP, training, 5S, and Gemba walks.
- Oversee quality control of clean room environmental conditions.
- Investigate and develop corrective actions for facility-related incidents.
Key Job Requirements: - Work location: Yishun
- High Voltage experience not required; role is management-based but requires knowledge of electrical systems.
- Working hours: 8 am to 5:18 pm (office hours)
- Team size: Lead a team of 30, report to the MD.
