Senior Retail Manager
Job Description & Requirements
- Working hours : 40-44 hours a week (Usually should be 40 hours)
- Working location : RSW
- 2 years contract
- Basic salary up to $7000
- Annual leave : 7 days
- Medical benefit: GHS and outpatient
- Reporting Manager: VP, Retail + Operations director
Job Scope:
Retail Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of the HPVOM store, ensuring efficient and smooth management.
- Manage stock levels, replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and compliance standards in line with local regulations and company policies.
- Utilize POS systems and other tools to monitor sales, track performance, and streamline operations.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, including cleanliness, merchandising, and staff uniforms
Sales and Customer Experience
- Cultivate a customer-first environment, ensuring all staff provide excellent service.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Drive customer engagement by promoting NEON’s brand story and enhancing the shopping experience.
- Develop and execute in-store promotions and product placement strategies to boost sales.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the retail team, including supervisors and front-line staff.
- Recruit, onboard, and train team members to align with NEON’s values and service standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, and provide ongoing support for professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Financial and Inventory Management
- Monitor store budgets and expenses, ensuring cost control and profitability targets are met.
- Perform regular inventory audits, managing stock levels to avoid overstock or shortages.
- Collaborate with vendors for timely supply deliveries and favorable pricing agreements.
- Analyze sales data
