Systems Integration Supervisor
Summary of the Job: (Primary function of the job)
- Lead a team of engineers, technicians and sub-contractors in assembly, debugging and commission of SI automation projects
- Ensure work place safety, cleanliness, discipline, punctuality, efficiency, and good workmanship.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and ensure workplace safety to be maintained at all times
- Plan deployment for projects to ensure maximum utilisation of resource
- Lead and coordinate the setup, assembly, testing, debugging and commissioning activity to ensure best efficiency
- Provide solutions and give guidance to the team for the technical and non-technical issues
- Lead and ensure production floor disciplne and work punctuality
- Manage common tools, equipments and consummables
- Provide regular trainings on debugging and best practice in workmanship
- Lead and ensure practice of 5S
- Interview, hire, train, and mentor the engineers and technicians
- Provide regular performance updates to the manager
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or Diploma in engineering or related field of study
- Minimum 10 years supervisory experience in assembly and setup in system integration for factory automation projects
- Analytical problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detail
- Demonstrated strong leadership quality
- Previous experience in SI (System Integration) environment preferred
