About our Line of Business – Unmanned & Integrated Systems  

Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We are seeking a Customer Success Executive with a demonstrated track record of successfully retaining and expanding the business footprint of the existing customer base for our product distribution and calibration service business.

 

Be Part of Our Success 

  • Secure product distribution and calibration service business to meet the orders target. 
  • Product distribution covers in main but not limited to vacuum applications (vacuum pumps, helium leak detectors, vacuum components) and advanced sensing technologies (industrial & healthcare sensors, switches, test and measurement components)
  • Be responsible for the customer success processes from order creation to products and service delivery.
  • Account executive for existing customers and first point of contact to meet required service level assurance. 
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers to become their trusted solution partner.

 

Qualities We Value 

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Self-starter and result-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Meticulous, able to handle orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Problem solver, strong emotional intelligence skills, effective customer management capabilities.
  • Comfortable with technology and IT tools. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Enterprise Systems (SAP)
  • Ability to work extended hours when necessary.
  • Singaporean only
