About the role
This is a full-time Operations & Sales Coordinator role based in the Pioneer West Region. The role is responsible for supporting the company's marine and offshore spare parts sales and operations, playing a key part in the company's growth plans.


What you'll be doing:

  • Manage sales and operations for marine and offshore parts, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service
  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with existing customers to drive revenue growth
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers on product selection and applications
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on sales, inventory, and customer activities
  • Support the wider sales and operations team as needed


What they're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales or operations role 
  • Strong technical knowledge of spare parts / equipment would be an added advantage 
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
