How will you make a difference?
We expect that our Store Managers help deliver a memorable retail experience by:
1. Driving Business Performance:
- Leverage your understanding of KPIs, retail strategies, and customer trends to maximize store growth and profitability.
- Plan and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, monitor inventory levels, and ensure product availability aligns with customer demand.
- Partner with Client Advisors to improve overall selling skills and performance to meet sales goals and KPIs.
2. Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences:
- Supervise, assist, and motivate Client Advisors to provide high-value, memorable experiences for every client.
- Act as a quality control supervisor to ensure client interactions meet the highest standards of service.
- Resolve difficult customer issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and the brand’s positioning in the market, while keeping up to date with industry trends.
3. Maintaining Operational Excellence:
- Manage and oversee daily operations, including stock take planning, staff rostering, and operational procedures in the store and stockroom.
- Think outside the box to handle unexpected interruptions and ensure smooth store operations.
- Maintain merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines and expectations.
4. Leading, Motivating, and Developing the Team:
- Build and nurture a strong team culture, leading by example to inspire and motivate team members.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Identify top performers, groom future leaders, and implement strategies to recognize and reward outstanding performance.
- Drive a culture of appreciation, collaboration, and achievement to support team success.
5. Mastering the Industry:
- Stay ahead of industry trends in footwear and accessories, ensuring the store remains competitive and innovative.
- Develop a deep understanding of the brand’s products and communicate their value effectively to both the team and clients.
