Receptionist
Our client is an esteemed local construction firm that focusing on large building construction. They are looking for a Receptionist to manage front desk operations.
Job Description:
- 5 days work week, 8.30am – 6.15pm
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails and enquiries to appropriate personnel or departments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
- Assist in preparing documents
- Coordinate meetings or appointments
Requirements:
- Min 2-3 years of working experience
- Good organization and communication skills
