  • Manage HR Tasks: Handle payroll, CPF, IRAS, and CCL NS claim submissions.
  • Recruitment: Create job ads, review resumes, and arrange interviews.
  • Daily Operations: Ensure smooth processes for contracts, employee confirmations, terminations, leave management, insurance claims, and onboarding.
  • Maintain Records: Keep an accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure HR policies follow current regulations and the Employment Act.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
