Programme Development Specialist, Academy

Key Responsibilities:
SCAQ Academy
- Support coordination and collaborative initiatives with training partner and trainers
- Key team member in outreach and publicity for SCAQ Academy activities
- Trainer management for new SCAQ Academy Products
- Liaise with trainers on the scheduling of courses and other training matters
- Support course planning, administration, and promotion of courses, monitor and evaluate training feedback reports to continuously improve the courses
- Collaborate with trainers and partners to review and curate content of courses for different audiences
- Work with external parties for course offerings and marketing initiatives
- Facilitate funding and relevant administration
- Administrator to respond to SCAQ Telegram Channel enquires
- Prepare reports and perform other duties as required by HOD and Reporting Officer
- Project Manager to support IT and Product Team for development of SCAQ GPT
ISCA Conference
- Support in content curation for conferences
- Support in development of conference & exhibitor activities
- Creative execution of new conferences
Administrative & Operational Support
- Support in administration of candidate registrations – individuals, corporations & overseas
- Support in minutes taking of meetings
- Administrative support & organisation of ISCA Conferences and events including event planning, online registration set-up, monitoring registrations, logistics support, enquiries, speaker and partner coordination
Requirements:
- Degree in any disciplines
- Prior experience in an institute of higher learning/ education/ engagement role/ events management / professional membership body would be an added advantage
- Willingness to learn about the accountancy industry is a must
- Effective project management skills to handle multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Strong data management and analysis skills to derive data-driven insights for reporting and communication.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure accuracy and quality of programme development
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements, learning needs, and evolving technologies.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and display abilities as a good team player.
