Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.
- Identify new business opportunities and build rapport with existing clients
- Knowing clients’ businesses needs and supporting them in their recruitment needs.
- Proactive sourcing of suitable talents via different platforms
- Resume screening, short-listing, interviewing and selecting the right candidates
Requirements
- Candidate who is flexible, willing to learn and improve, self-driven and with a positive work attitude will have a distinct advantage
- Candidate with no relevant working experience will have full training provided
- Ability to converse professionally with both clients and talents
