Temporary Executive (Department of Social Work)

Job Description

NUS Department of Social Work invites applicants for a temporary Executive Position.  The job role is finance related with general administrative duties.  It includes processing  payments for Part-time staff /Lecturers for Academic programs for the department. The duties will include:

  • Processing claims, invoices, Reimbursement forms and any other payments
  • Managing the general administrative matters in the department supporting the office operations 
  • Support and co-ordinate selected undergraduate programmes with faculty committees 

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in Executive Education environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT savvy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Social Science, Science, Business degree will be an advantage
