Parts and Service Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding targets for parts sales, margins, and service solutions, including digital solutions, machine upgrades, and refurbishments.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, strategically promoting service-related solutions alongside parts sales.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation and business growth.
- Perform detailed gap analyses on installed equipment to uncover opportunities for parts and service solution sales.
- Lead efforts in creating and converting contracts for parts and digital solutions, expanding to include comprehensive service offerings.
- Utilize the Insight application to monitor machine performance, comparing actual parts sales with potential opportunities based on equipment usage.
- Build and sustain relationships with key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Oversee the full order processing function for designated accounts/markets, including entering sales orders, issuing picking lists, delivery notes, and shipping documents, as well as coordinating packing and delivery instructions with warehouses and forwarders.
- Provide technical support to customers regarding parts inquiries.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of parts sales or customer service roles.
- Experience in key account management.
