Solutions Consultant / Support
Responsibilities:
- Provide Pre-Sales consulting support for Sales
- Prepare Business Analysis, consultation, proposal, presentation, implementation plan, etc. to support the Solution case.
- Able to understand business processes & apply analysis techniques to offer a suitable solution, which may include both hardware & software.
- Collaborate with internal solution teams on project implementation, e.g. Refining the requirement for SOW preparation, system design, system development, project implementation, etc.
- Provide, a presentation, and solution demo to the customer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Fintech, Operations Research, Information Technology, Business and Finance, Computer Science or related field.
- Good understanding of FinTech and the applications of state-of-the-art technology.
- At least 5 years of working experience as a system designer, business analyst, system analyst or solution consultant.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the latest technology, such as Java, API, Big Data, Cloud Computing, etc.
- Excellent communication and support skills, ability to articulate and drive discussion across business functions and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking.
- Experience in Banking, Financial or Wealth Management technology and solutions is strongly regarded.
